I'm Nishant.
I build, I question, I write.
My work sits where enterprise strategy meets technology architecture, engineering, data and AI. This site is where I share what I learn, challenge assumptions and work through ideas that I think matter.
The distance between a good idea and a working system is where the interesting work happens.
I've spent much of my career working across complex enterprise environments—turning strategy into technology decisions, building platforms and capabilities, and helping organizations make difficult transformations work in practice.
It's made me skeptical of easy answers. A convincing architecture diagram is useful. A popular platform can be useful too. Neither tells you whether the business definition is right, the ownership is clear, or the system will survive the reality of change.
I'm interested in the intersection of business strategy and implementation. How do we build software that holds up? How should AI change enterprise architecture? What makes data trustworthy? And how can technology leaders make better decisions without confusing activity with value?
Expect direct perspectives, architecture sketches and practical lessons—not vendor slides or another collection of technology buzzwords.
Opinions with reasons. Architecture with trade-offs. Technology with a business purpose.
